My AI Stack
These are the exact tools I use every day to run my business, build products, and stay ahead of the AI curve. Not a sponsored list. Not theory. This is what's actually running.
Nearly half a century of business experience means I've seen a lot of tools come and go. The ones on this page earned their spot.
AI Models — The Core
The AI models I talk to every day. Each one has a different strength.
Claude (Anthropic)
Daily DriverPrimary AI — strategy, writing, analysis, coding
My daily driver. I use Claude for everything from drafting strategy documents to building actual software. The thinking is deep and the writing sounds like a human. This is the one I'd keep if I could only keep one.
ChatGPT (OpenAI)
Second OpinionSecondary AI — research, quick lookups, image generation
Strong research capabilities and DALL-E for image generation. I use it as a second opinion when I want to stress-test something Claude told me.
Grok (xAI)
Real-Time IntelReal-time research — news, trends, social intelligence
The best AI for current events and what's happening right now. It has access to X/Twitter in real-time, which is valuable for market intelligence.
Gemini (Google)
Deep ResearchResearch synthesis — documents, long-form analysis
Google's model handles massive context windows well. Useful when I need to analyze large documents or do comprehensive research across many sources.
Automation & Workflows
The tools that do work while I sleep.
n8n
Self-HostedAutomation platform — connects everything
I run n8n on my own server. It connects my email, calendar, AI models, databases, and external services into automated workflows. If something happens automatically in my business, n8n is probably behind it.
OpenClaw
Agent OSAI agent orchestration — my AI team
This is how I run multiple AI agents that work independently and together. My morning briefings, email triage, intelligence reports — all orchestrated by OpenClaw running on my own hardware.
Building & Publishing
How I build and ship things — most without writing a line of code.
Vercel
HostingHosting & deployment for all web projects
Every website I build deploys to Vercel. Fast, reliable, and the AI tools make it easier than ever to go from code to live site in minutes.
Supabase
DatabaseDatabase & backend for apps
The backend that powers most of my applications. Postgres database, authentication, storage — all in one place. Pairs perfectly with Next.js.
GitHub
CodeCode storage & version control
Where all my code lives. Every project is a private repo. When AI builds something for me, it goes straight to GitHub.
Beehiiv
NewsletterNewsletter platform
The platform running The Vibe Entrepreneur newsletter. Clean, fast, and built specifically for serious newsletter publishers.
Research & Intelligence
How I stay ahead of what's happening.
Firecrawl
ResearchWeb scraping & research automation
When I need to research a market, competitor, or topic, Firecrawl pulls clean data from any website and feeds it to my AI models for analysis. Saves hours.
Brave Search
SearchPrivacy-first search
My default search engine. No tracking, no filter bubbles, and it has a solid API that my AI agents use for real-time web lookups.
Communication & Voice
How I communicate — and how AI helps me do it better.
ElevenLabs
Voice AIAI voice generation
Converts text to incredibly natural speech. I use it for audio content, voice notifications, and anywhere I want AI to communicate with actual voice.
Discord
Command CenterTeam & AI communication hub
Where my AI agents deliver reports, briefings, and alerts. My morning intelligence briefing, email triage, and idea pipeline all land here.
A note on affiliate links
Some links on this page may be affiliate links — meaning I may earn a small commission if you sign up. That said, I only list tools I actually use. If a tool isn't on this list, I'm not using it. The goal is to save you the months of trial and error I went through to find what actually works.
Every week I go deep on how I use these tools in real workflows.
